Who we are

This website is operated by BeanBreaker Agency, the agency of BeanBreaker.com, based in Dover, Delaware, USA. The legal entity responsible for your information is [CLIENT FILLS: registered legal entity name and number]. For anything in this policy, write to [CLIENT FILLS: privacy contact email] or sales@beanbreaker.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us or what your browser sends: the details you type into the brief form or send by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, company, email, phone, region, the brief); and, only if analytics is switched on, basic usage data such as pages viewed, the site that referred you and the device type.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

We use your details to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal (steps taken at your request before a contract - GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it (legitimate interests - Art. 6(1)(f), or your consent where your local law requires it). We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics 4 is installed but switched off until a measurement ID is added; when it runs it sets first-party analytics cookies. [CLIENT FILLS: cookie banner or consent tool, if analytics is switched on for EU/UK visitors]

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site and our inbox: [CLIENT FILLS: web host], [CLIENT FILLS: email provider], Google (analytics, when active) and Meta (WhatsApp, when you message us). Each processes data under its own terms. Some are outside your country; where EU or UK data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after [CLIENT FILLS: retention period, e.g. 24 months]. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. This covers the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (including the right to know and to opt out of sale or sharing - we do neither), the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and its Australian Privacy Principles, and South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local regulator, such as the ICO in the UK, the OAIC in Australia or the Information Regulator in South Africa.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, the brief form opens your own email client rather than storing data on our server, and access to our inbox is limited to the people working on your enquiry.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
